Mai-Tai Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium fresh pineapple
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
11 oz. mandarin orange juice, drained
1/4 c. sweet lime juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lite rum
1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
dash of nutmeg
Preparation
-
Cut pineapple in half lengthwise and remove fruit.
Cut this into chunks and combine with other fruit.
Combine other ingredients for dressing and pour over fruit.
Toss gently and spoon back into the shells.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
