Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into two 9-inch pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
