Fruit Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. frozen orange juice
    6 oz. lemon juice
    1 large can unsweetened pineapple juice
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. hot water
    pinch of salt
    10 c. water
    1 qt. ginger ale
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    In large container, mix orange juice, lemon juice and pineapple juice.
    Add sugar, hot water and salt to mixture. Stir.
    Add water, ginger ale and ice cream.
