Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. chicken Stove Top stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine soups, sour cream and carrots.
    Fold in zucchini and onion.
    Combine stuffing (crumbs and flavor package) with melted butter.
    Don't follow package directions.
    Spread 1/2 stuffing in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spoon in mix and cover with remaining stuffing.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
