Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. white crab meat
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Drain and rinse crab meat.
Mix all ingredients with a fork except crab meat.
Add last and mix well. Bake in small casserole dish 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Great with wheat crackers.
