Mike'S Mother'S "Blueberry" Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter (must use butter)
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

On low speed, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time; blend.
Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with milk.
Blend 1/2 cup of washed berries into batter.
Now, add the rest of the berries and stir in gently.
Grease muffin pans well with butter all the way to the top of each pan.
Fill batter high; sprinkle tops with sugar.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0. Makes 12 large muffins.
