Southern Chess Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick margarine)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix together sugar and flour.
Beat in thoroughly eggs, milk, vanilla and butter.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
Best to take out of the oven when the center lightly jiggles.
It will finish cooking on its own.
Serve slightly warm, plain or with whipped cream.
