Egg-Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

4 firm tomatoes
4 eggs
salt and pepper
4 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. chopped basil
1/2 large garlic clove, finely sliced

Slice top off tomato and scoop out pulp without damaging the outer skin.
