Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    butter
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 c. brown rice (uncooked)
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 eggs
    2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    milk
    1 large head cabbage, leaves wilted in boiling water
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add chopped cabbage and 1 cup water. Cover; cook until cabbage is soft.
    Remove cover and fry until light brown; set aside.
