Take Along Butterscotch Oat Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
    1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) butterscotch chips
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, oil, eggs and milk in a large mixer bowl. Beat until well blended. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. Gradually add to liquid mixture. Beat until smooth.
    Stir in oats, butterscotch chips, raisins and nuts. Spread into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Let cool. Spread icing over top. Cut into 24 squares.
