Party Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton Neufchatel cheese dip with bacon and horseradish
    4 c. cubed potatoes, cooked and drained
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet; add onion and green pepper.
    Cook over medium heat.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk; stir constantly until thick.
    Stir in cheese; blend well.
    In 2-quart casserole, pour preceding mixture over potatoes and pimentos.
    Mix bread crumbs, parsley, sesame seed and 4 tablespoons melted butter.
    Sprinkle over potatoes.
    Good with Honeyed Ham or beef.
