Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, chopped
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    6 pork chops
    5 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer 1/2 of potatoes and onions.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers.
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    Pour over layers.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Meanwhile, in skillet brown pork chops on both sides.
    Place chops on top of potatoes.
    Cover and return to oven for 45 minutes or until chops are done.
    Uncover during last 15 minutes.
