Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. diced bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
    1 c. mayo
    2 eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs, mayo, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Add green pepper and onion.
    Mix with zucchini.
    Put in greased pan; dot with butter and sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
