Mom'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    6 to 8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    2 c. milk
    3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large Corning Ware type casserole.
    Add flour and spices.
    Stir and slowly add milk.
    Heat over medium heat.
    Add 1/4 pound cubed Velveeta.
    Heat until thickened and hot, but not boiled.
    Remove from heat when Velveeta/milk mix is smooth.
    Add sliced potatoes, push down into sauce and mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serves 6.
