Caramel Apples(Appetizers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sweet red Delicious apples, washed and cut into bite sized pieces
16 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
Preparation

Wash apples.
Cut apples into lightly salted water or add a couple drops of lemon juice to water to prevent discoloring. With mixer, whip cream cheese and ice cream topping together. Place mixture in dip bowls.
Drain apple pieces and insert toothpick into each.
Serve each guest with individual dip bowls, apples and toothpicks.
Dip away.
