Mock Eggs Benedict - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 English muffins, split and toasted
16 thin slices Canadian-style bacon
8 eggs
4 Tbsp. milk
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Cheese Sauce
4 tsp. snipped chives
tomato wedges

Preparation

Our Georgia daughter, who is the oldest girl, gave me this recipe.
