Fall Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cranberries, chopped
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine oil, eggs, milk and cranberries in mixer bowl; mix well.
Add flours, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and walnuts; mix just until moistened.
Fill paper-lined muffin cups 1/2 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield:
12 servings.
