Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add eggs and oil and beat well.
    Stir in carrots, raisins, coconut and walnuts.
    Bake in greased and floured 9 1/4 x 5 1/4-inch loaf pan, or 2 small loaves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
