Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
1 stick margarine, softened
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (No. 3 1/2) can coconut
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Mix flour with sugar.
Add eggs, butter or margarine, buttermilk, vanilla and 2/3 can coconut; mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle remaining coconut over top of pie. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
