Summer Sausage(Trail Blazer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck or deer meat
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Morton curing salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix well and divide into 3 parts.
    Put each on foil and shape into rolls.
    Put on cookie sheet and chill for 24 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Pierce foil before cooking.
