Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. squash, sliced, stewed and cooked with salt until tender
1 whole carrot, coarsely grated
1 onion, cut up fine
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
4 oz. seasoned herb stuffing
Preparation

Mix ingredients, putting half the seasoned crumbs in the mixture.
Put in buttered shallow casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Cook at 350\u00b0
until hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
