Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 eggs (beaten slightly)
1 Tbsp. milk
2 lb. round steak
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
3 to 4 Tbsp. fat
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Add eggs to milk; mix well.
Cut steak into serving pieces, dip steak into egg mixture, dip into crumbs, brown steak on both sides in hot fat.
Season with pepper and salt.
Cover, steam over low heat for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
