Canned Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. apples
    5 c. sugar
    1 c. cornstarch
    2/3 c. tapioca
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    10 c. water
Preparation
    Put apples in a large pot; set aside.
    Bring to a boil all the other ingredients, then pour over apples.
    Cook for 30 minutes, then place in jars and seal.
