Vegetable Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 tsp. mixed salad herbs
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can undiluted chicken broth
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Place vegetables in saucepan.
Add onion, flour, herbs and pepper; stir well.
Add chicken broth and milk; heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
Cook until thickened.
Just before serving, stir in the grated cheese and cream cheese.
Add mustard.
Serve immediately.
