Soft-As-A-Cloud Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. commercial sour cream
    1/4 c. half and half
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine sour cream and half and half; add to flour mixture, stirring with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly 4 or 5 times.
    Roll dough to 1/2-inch thick and cut with a floured 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
