Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can well drained red salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. horseradish or Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix walnuts and parsley; set aside.
    Mix all other ingredients thoroughly; shape into ball.
    Refrigerate until firm. Roll ball in nuts/flakes until coated.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
