Chicken Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and skinned
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice
    1 medium, unpeeled apple
    1 c. seedless grapes, halved
    1/4 c. lo-cal salad dressing or mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. light whipped topping
    lettuce leaves
    pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken in water and cook until done (15 or 20 minutes). Drain and remove from bone.
    Coarsely chop and set aside.
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Coarsely chop apple; dip in pineapple juice to prevent browning.
    Combine chicken, pineapple, apple, grapes, salad dressing and whipped topping.
    Chill 2 hours and serve on lettuce.
    Makes 6 servings.
