Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
3 c. grated apples
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Add dry ingredients. Fold in apples.
Add vanilla.
Bake
in greased 10-inch tube pan for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Yields 1 (10-inch) tube pan.
