Blueberry Betty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh blueberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Wash and drain berries in a colander. Place them in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with the lemon juice and cinnamon.
    Sift flour and sugar together.
    With a knife or pastry blender chop in the butter until it is crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture over the berries and bake for 45 minutes. Serve with the ice cream.
    Serves 6.
