Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes, sliced
diced ham
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. flour
8 c. milk
Preparation

Put potatoes in deep baking dish and add diced ham as desired. To make sauce in saucepan, mix the remaining ingredients and stir until thickens.
Pour over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
