Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. red food coloring
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
    Sift flour, cocoa, salt and soda; add to creamed mixture with buttermilk.
    Beat well.
    Add vanilla, food coloring and vinegar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 45 minutes.
