U.M.W.'S Cranberry Salad For "360" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boxes plain gelatin
    5 c. cold water
    20 large boxes cherry jello
    10 lb. sugar
    2 1/2 gal. hot water
    2 1/2 gal. cold water
    26 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries
    20 medium oranges
    3/4 bushel apples
    4 large bunches chopped celery
    8 heads lettuce
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in first amount of cold water.
    Dissolve cherry jello and sugar in hot water.
    Add gelatin and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly dissolved.
    Coarsely grind cranberries and oranges.
    Finely chop apples and celery. Thoroughly mix all ingredients except lettuce and refrigerate in rectangular pans overnight.
    Cut into serving squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
