Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 small onion, minced
    margarine or butter
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. pasteurized process cheese food, shredded
    3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
