Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. fresh tomato wedges
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
    2 c. cooked, deveined shrimp
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute garlic, onion and celery for about 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and all seasonings, except parsley.
    Cover and simmer about 5 minutes.
    Add parsley.
    Serve over cooked rice at once.
    Serves 4.
