Zucchini-Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    In large bowl of electric mixer, at high speed, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick and light.
    Fold in grated zucchini.
    Combine flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
    Gradually add to egg mixture until blended.
    Stir in raisins and walnuts.
    Spoon into pans.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then invert onto wire rack.
