Port Wine Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. raspberry jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (No. 2) can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped walnuts or nut of choice
3/4 c. Port wine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water, add pineapple and cranberry sauce. Stir; add nuts and wine.
Let set in mold.
Soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream.
Beat until smooth then spread on top of set gelatin mold.
When ready to serve, remove from mold and garnish with lettuce.
