Posole Hominy And Chiles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (30 oz.) cans white hominy
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chiles
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 bunch chopped green onions
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese or combination of your choice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain and rinse hominy.
    Butter a 3-quart casserole.
    Divide hominy into 3 portions.
    Layer 1 portion in bottom of casserole. Dot with sour cream and margarine and season with salt and pepper. Add a layer of 1/2 of the green chiles and green onions, which have been sauteed in 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Repeat layers, ending with hominy on top.
    Dot with sour cream and cover with grated cheeses.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly brown.
