Lemon Butter Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat together flour, butter and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar until well blended.
Press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly golden.
