Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned
    8 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Place bread cubes in bottom of pan. Cook sausage until crumbled and drain.
    Cover bread with sausage, grated cheese and chopped onion.
    Mix milk, eggs and dry mustard. Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes and uncover for last 15 minutes.
    Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
