Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 chopped medium onions
    4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat slightly in the bacon drippings.
    Combine all other ingredients, mix well.
    Bake in covered casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
