German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 1 c. walnuts
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. apples, chopped with peelings
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with a spoon.
    Do not use mixer.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
