Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole chicken breasts
2 lb. fresh broccoli or 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
3 c. chicken broth (from boiling the chicken)
1/3 c. sherry
1 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
-
Simmer chicken, covered with water (salt and pepper) 30 to 45 minutes until tender.
Drain and chill.
Remove bones.
Slice each breast into 3 pieces lengthwise.
