Linda'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. chopped celery
    6 small bunches green seedless grapes
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 c. cubed unpared red apple
    lemon juice
    3 c. cooked cubed chicken
    1 c. halved seedless green grapes
    2 apples, cut in wedges
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, sugar and vinegar.
    In large bowl, sprinkle apple cubes with 1 teaspoon lemon juice; toss.
    Add chicken, celery, grapes, pecans and dressing.
    Refrigerate.
    Arrange on salad plates; garnish with grapes and apple wedges dipped in lemon juice.
    Serves 6.
