Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck (beef)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce special
    1/3 c. water
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 box (12) taco shells, coarsely broken
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    2 small tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned; drain off excess fat.
    Stir tomato sauce, water and taco mix into meat mixture; heat through.
    Remove from heat.
    In bowl (big), beat eggs.
    Stir in milk and meat mixture.
    Stir in beans, cheese and taco shells.
    Put all mixture in a large baking dish. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
    Let cool for 10 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
    Serves 6 to 8.
