Spring Garden Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. finely grated carrot
    2 tsp. finely grated onion
    1 tsp. finely grated green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl beat cottage cheese, grated carrot, grated onion, grated green pepper, salt, garlic salt and dash of pepper.
    Blend until fairly smooth.
    Fold in yogurt or sour cream. Dip for chips or raw vegetables.
