Baked Dijon Chicken(Low Cholesterol; Low Salt) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 chicken breast halves, deboned and skin removed
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. oil (Puritan)
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced scallions
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3 drops Tabasco
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (plain)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients (except bread crumbs) in a baking dish.
    Add chicken, coating both sides with mixture.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
