Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix flour, nuts and butter.
Put into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
Let cool.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip until smooth.
Pour this onto cooled crust. Mix pudding with milk.
Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Put remaining Cool Whip on top of this and sprinkle with nuts.
