Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mushrooms
    1 pkg. chopped spinach
    1 stick oleo
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    1/2 c. minced ham
    1 c. minced chicken
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg and pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms; remove stems (save).
    Dip caps in melted oleo. Place upside down in casserole.
    Chop stems.
    Saute with onion and garlic in oleo 10 minutes.
    Add spinach, meats and seasonings. Fill caps with mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven 15 minutes.
