Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
