Texas Caviar (Bean Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    minced jalapenos to taste
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1 minced garlic clove
Preparation
    Process 1 1/2 cans of beans in blender with oil and juice until smooth.
    Scrape into bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill for at least 3 hours before serving with corn chips.
